Turn an idea into a shared journey. Choose one daily action, decide how you will support each other, and make a plan for your next seven, fourteen, or thirty days.
This planner is free to use. Your entries stay in this tab and are not sent to Quests. Reloading resets the plan. Copy or download a version you want to keep.

A little structure for a shared journey
Pick an action that fits your day. Connect it to a cue you recognize, agree on a comfortable check-in, and choose a review date. The suggested lengths give you a period to try the arrangement and learn from it.
The habit science guide explains research on planning, monitoring, context, and support. Your plan is a practical starting point. The right routine depends on your action, circumstances, and preferences.
Three ways to start
- Read together: choose your own books, make time after a familiar daily cue, and share one interesting idea at the end of the week.
- Make something: spend a few minutes sketching or writing, and decide whether you want to share the result.
- Take a walk: choose a comfortable route and duration that suit each person, then compare how the routine fit your day.
Bring your plan into Quests
The planner gives you an agreement to share. In Quests, choose or create a challenge, invite friends with its link, and record your check-ins. The app adds a milestone path, points, streaks, and ways to encourage each other.
